RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition – is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected – you may return or exchange the product for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.

For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. The exchange is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

We follow a no refund policy but store credit will be provided for future purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned product and a store credit will be processed in the form of a coupon code which can be used for future purchases.

Returns are not valid on custom orders or discounted products.

If a product is exchanged once, it is not eligible for exchange again.
